: There are no animal or human experiments involved in this study. However, for sensory evaluation of the developed product, by agreeing to participate in the survey and stating that they were aware that their answers would be kept private, participants provided their informed consent, completing the survey required an affirmative response. Participants have the option to leave the survey at any moment and without explanation. The tested products were safe to eat. The ethics committee of IFSN, UOS, waived the any approval required for sensory evaluation of the developed country. All procedures followed in this study involving human participants for sensory evaluation were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. All authors participated equally in manuscript preparation.
