It should be noted that there was no opportunity to apply for Study Ethics Board approval due to the absence of an institutional ethical board for approving social science studies. The study and questionnaire were presented to the Scientific Study Committee, which established an Ethics Committee that approved proceeding with the study according to the established guidelines. The name of the Committee is the Scientific Study Committee, which is the committee supervising scientific and academic activities and tasks. Its tasks are: Preparing, supervising, and following up on holding scientific conferences specific to the college regularly, forming subcommittees, and following up on them to serve this goal. Determining lists of specialized peer-reviewed journals approved and not approved in global databases, and determining the categories of journals. Encouraging scientific study, working on the participation of faculty members in scientific conferences and specialized workshops, and contributing to scientific publishing through peer-reviewed journals. Participation of faculty members in scientific and educational courses and seminars aimed at qualifying and rehabilitating them on an ongoing basis. Studying files to support scientific publishing, publishing rewards, and support study projects. Evaluating studies published in the proceedings of conferences in which faculty members participate after presenting them to the department council. Submitting periodic reports to the college deanship on the committee's activities, minutes of its meetings, the results obtained, and the decisions taken to ensure their achievement.
