: The internal academic committee of the Sustainability Graduate Program of the University of Sonora reviewed and approved the protocol to conduct the case study, mainly to review and approve the questionnaire.

: Participants in the survey were informed that personal data were requested. They were informed that their participation was anonymous and voluntary, and that there would be no penalty for declining to participate or withdrawing at any time. Participants were also informed about the minimal risks of emotional distress or loss of privacy, as well as the low risk of injury or illness. They were also told that their answers would contribute to advancing knowledge in renewable energy, energy vehicles, and sustainability by publishing a case study. Verbal informed consent was obtained before the completion of the questionnaire. Therefore, the signature was not required.
