: The study sort opinions in a form of questionnaires, key informant interviews, and focus group discussions from participants who have specialities in the field of study. Permission was obtained by way of introductory letter from the researcher affiliated institution before conducting the study. Respondents were assured of the confidentiality of their views which was purely for academic purpose. The institution letter would be made available upon request.
: Consent to participate in the data collection option was provided in the instruments for the data collection which was followed strictly. Respondents who opted not to take part were respected. Surveys and other instruments would be made available upon request.

: The study was carried out in the Upper East Region of Ghana. As part of the data collections, the study did not at any point used humans and/or the use of human tissue as samples for experiment leading to the publication of this work.
