: This study was conducted based on survey methods involving farmers to answer questions. Entire survey was performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations issues by Xi’an Jiaotong University institutional research ethics committee. The consent process are conducted before the survey. Each questionnaire related to this study had a front-page section that required informed consent for interview and publication before the interview could proceed. Interviewers were trained and asked to read the informed consent statement to each interviewees before the interview could advance. Participants were informed that they were completely voluntary to answer any questions. If not, they have rights to stop the interview at any time and ask interviewers to remove all data recorded.

: All interviewees’ participation in this study was voluntary. It ensured that the concealment of their identity, and the interviewees were informed that their identity would not be known in any study report or publications. They were assured that their household information would be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
