: This study was done in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations of Mekdela Amba University Institutional Review Board in Ethiopia and the protocol of this study was approved by the board. Moreover, study was performed in accordance with the ethical standard as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable standards. Before collecting the data, the sample respondents, key informants and focus group discussion participants were informed about the consent process to guarantee their confidentiality and anonymity. Participants were informed about the objectives of this study and informed that results from this research will be used for research purposes only. They were free to withdraw to participate in the study at any stage if they felt uncomfortable.
