: The researchers obtained permission and approval from the study plant representatives including human resource managers, public relations officers, and OSHE managers to collect data from participants. For ethical reasons, the researchers were tasked not to disclose the names of the study plants. Participants gave their informed consent to their respective OSHE managers before interacting with the researchers.
