: This study presents an assessment of the technical feasibility and economic viability of implementing a Floating Photovoltaic (FPV) system on the Al Wahda Dam, relying solely on modeling, simulation (using SAM software), and publicly available climatic and technical data. This research did not involve human participants, animal experimentation, or clinical trials. Therefore, formal ethical approval was not required for this study. As this study is a theoretical and technical assessment of infrastructure and does not involve any direct interaction with human subjects or participants, the requirement for obtaining informed consent to participate is not applicable.
