: This study employed a mixed methods approach during data collection. There were no experimental procedures or interventions performed. All methods in this study were carried out in accordance with relevant ethical guidelines and regulations. The research protocol received ethical review and approval from the University of Gondar Institutional Review Board (IRB) on June 12, 2024, with the reference number VP/RTT/05/588/2024, prior to data collection. Letter of Ethical approval is attached (refer Supplementary Information). Thus, all respondents were participated voluntarily and provided informed consent before completing the survey questionnaire. Throughout the collection and analysis of data, the confidentiality and anonymity of all participants was strictly maintained and assured.
