: The research involving human participants was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards and guidelines set out in the Trade4SD Horizon Europe project that funded this study. All procedures for collecting and processing interview data from individual participants complied with the ethical framework approved for the project and the institutional partners involved and adhered to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent amendments, as well as relevant EU and national regulations governing research ethics. All participants were informed about the aims and procedures of the study and provided their informed consent prior to participation. Data collection and processing strictly followed the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR—Regulation (EU) 2016/679), ensuring confidentiality, anonymity, and the protection of personal information throughout the research process. Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection.
