: This study did not involve human clinical trials or animal experiments and was therefore exempt from such reviews, as it consisted solely of voluntary interviews and focus group discussions. The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Ethics and Review Committee of the University of Eldoret in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and the ethical guidelines of the National Commission for Science, Technology, and Innovation (NACOSTI), Kenya, for research involving human subjects.
