: The study protocol was reviewed through the institutional ethics screening process conducted by the Research Directorate, Academic Department of Graduate Studies in Business (DAPN), CENTRUM PUCP (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú). Based on the Directorate’s assessment of the project and the minimal-risk nature of the study, the project was cleared to proceed without review by a separate ethics committee. All procedures were conducted in accordance with the institution’s ethical guidelines and with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all participants. Participation was voluntary and did not affect access to the training program. No identifying or sensitive personal data were collected or published; data were analyzed and reported in anonymized form. Informed consent was obtained from all participants, who were informed that the data collected would remain fully anonymized and used solely for academic research purposes.
