: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical guidelines for research involving human participants issued by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani. As the study involved non-clinical, non-biomedical social science data obtained through semi-structured interviews with adult participants, it did not fall under the mandatory review requirements of the Institutional Human Ethics Committee (IHEC), BITS Pilani, which oversees biomedical and clinical research involving vulnerable populations and/or sensitive medical information. In accordance with institutional policy, formal IHEC approval was therefore not required for this study. All research procedures adhered to principles of informed consent, voluntary participation, and confidentiality. Participants were fully briefed regarding the purpose and nature of the research, their right to withdraw at any stage, and the measures taken to safeguard anonymity and data privacy. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants before their involvement in baseline surveys, post-training assessments, and face-to-face interviews.
