: The study was approved by Mahidol University Ethics Committee (MU-CIRB 2021/287.3105). We received signed consent forms from three participating companies.
: Each participating company was informed about any future publication and agreed to allow us to publish their data. We also conceal the names of all interviewees in the publication.
: The purpose of the study was explained to the individual participants and consent was obtained from each participant before each interview was conducted. Participant information was kept anonymous, and confidentiality was protected. Data were kept in a secure database without identifiers. All interviewees were informed that their company allowed them to give information. As well all interviewees were informed about the data collection and usage protocol and informed that data collected is only intended for academic research purposes solely and the adherence of the researchers to the confidentiality of any personal information. No minors were involved in this study”.
