: In accordance with Sect.  of the University of Moratuwa, the University Ethics Review Committee (UERC) guidelines, this study qualifies for ‘minimal-risk research on non-sensitive topics where participation is fully anonymous and voluntary, with no collection of personally identifiable data for processing, analysis, or tracing respondents’. In accordance with Sect.  of its guidelines, ethical review and ethical clearance are exempted for this type of studies. Accordingly, the study was conducted in compliance with the guidelines stipulated for exempt studies.

: The consent statement recommended for exempted studies was provided to participants. The participants volunteered were allowed to proceed to complete the questionnaire only after indicating their consent for anonymous participation in the survey and dissemination of findings. Participants were allowed to quit the survey at any time without submitting it.
