: The study was conducted in accordance with the Research Ethics Code of the Universidad Privada San Juan Bautista (VRI-RE-003), approved by Rectoral Resolution No. 199-2018-R-UPSJB (April 12, 2018). In accordance with this institutional guideline, formal approval by an external ethics committee was not required because the study involved minimal risk, anonymous, voluntary, and self-administered surveys with adult participants in professional settings. All participants were adults who voluntarily agreed to participate and provided explicit informed consent via the online survey form prior to completing the questionnaire.
