: Ethical protocols were followed throughout this research with permits and approval letters from the University of Dodoma research and publication committee and District councils with Ref. No. DC/232/300/05, CM/DC/RP.15/21Vol.9/3 and KN/DC/RP.19/41Vol.13/7 respectively. All methods were carried out in accordance with the research and publication guidelines and regulations of the University of Dodoma. The study involved only adult respondents whose informed consents were obtained from all participants before the interview and all respondents agreed to use the information provided for research purposes.
: The study collected data through household questionnaire surveys, and prior to the interviewing respondents, verbal consent for publishing the results was obtained.
