: The investigation was carried out after getting endorsement from the Ethics Committee of Debre Markos University, Ethiopia, under the number ref/0712/2023, and participants were included in the process on a voluntary basis, and informed consent was obtained. The research procedure closely followed the ethical standards specified in the Declaration of Helsinki, as well as Debre Markos University's policies and research rules.
: All participants, including in-depth interviewees and persons who participated in focus groups, signed written informed consent before to taking part in the research, which was conducted in 2023. The lead investigator and qualified local research assistants completed the consent process. All participants were adults from Ethiopia's Mizan-Aman Town. They were given clear and complete information regarding the study's goal, methods, and potential advantages for their involvement. All procedures were conducted with full respect for the privacy and anonymity of individuals, and no identifying information was included in the research finding.
