: The protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board members of the College of Development Studies of Addis Ababa University (No.065/03/2024), by the Standard Operating Procedures of the College’s Guideline of 2021.

: The researchers informed the participants of the purposes, methods, and benefits of the research, including potential risks. Accordingly, all participants’ informed consent to participate was obtained. The research was conducted at the household level, and thus, all participants’ ages were above 18 years old. Further, the researchers respected the dignity, autonomy, culture, customs, and privacy of the participants. For that reason, we used anonymity to avoid potential risks.
