: Ethics approval has been obtained from Swinburne’s Human Research Ethics Committee (SUHREC). The reference number for the ethics application is 20226571–11400. This study involved human participants through an online survey targeting banking management trainee officers, banking executives, bank managers, banking administrative staff, and banking IT staff in Bangladesh. The research protocol, including the survey instrument, consent procedures, and data management plan, was reviewed in accordance with Swinburne University’s research ethics requirements and determined to meet the criteria for ethical conduct with minimal risk to participants. Participation in the study was strictly voluntary, and respondents were invited to complete a structured online questionnaire. Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their inclusion in the study.
