: The study involved the collection of expert opinions from experienced industry professionals in their professional capacity. The data collected consisted solely of non-personal, non-sensitive professional judgments and did not include any personal identifiers, health-related information, or confidential organizational data. Participation was voluntary, no minors or vulnerable populations were involved, and no interventions or experiments were conducted. Based on the nature of the study and the type of data collected, formal ethical approval was deemed exempt by the Research and Scientific Committee, Deanship of Scientific Research, King Abdulaziz University, in accordance with institutional regulations governing social science research involving anonymous expert surveys. Informed consent was obtained from all participants involved in the study. The experts voluntarily participated in the survey and were informed about the purpose of the research.
