Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Ethical Committee of the General Statistics Office of Vietnam (Decision No. 03/QD-TCTK, 2024). The study was conducted in accordance with national statistical survey procedures and relevant ethical guidelines, including the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Participation was voluntary and anonymous. All participants were informed about the purpose of the study, and informed consent was obtained prior to data collection. Completion of the questionnaire was considered to imply consent to participate.
