: This study involved primary data collection from human participants. Strict ethical protocols were maintained throughout the research process. Formal ethical approval was granted by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Amoud University, Borama, Somaliland (Ref: AU/IRB/12EC/2025). The study was determined to meet the criteria for Exempt Review (Category 2), involving anonymous survey procedures with no risk to participants. Participants were thoroughly informed about the study’s objectives, the voluntary nature of their participation, and their right to withdraw at any time without any consequences. Written informed consent was obtained from all 263 participants before data collection.
