: The Student Teams were involved in the Design Thinking exercise as researchers. One of the team’s works has been used as a sample (Names are mentioned in point 4.5 in the manuscript). Consent has been sought by all student participants whose photos and names are mentioned in the Manuscript. (photos now shifted to supplementary materials) There is no conflict of interest in this matter.

: No personal information of the respondents has been mentioned in the manuscript. The research was conducted in accordance with the relevant guidelines of the Institute of Operations Management’s Internal Research Committee, a constituent unit of Symbiosis International University. The protocol was approved by the Institute Research Committee in accordance with the [Symbiosis International University’s] relevant guidelines and regulations.” Although not directly applicable, Participants were free not to answer if they did not consent to participate. As the survey was conducted on a Busy Railway Platform, only those who agreed to answer the questions participated. Informed Consent was obtained prior to the interview, during which the participant was informed of the survey’s purpose and asked whether they were willing to participate. No personal information was used or retained.
