: The study was conducted as part of a doctoral research project approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of the SSN School of Management (Approval No.: IRB24-03). Additionally, this study was conducted, documented, and published in compliance with the criteria established by the Declaration of Helsinki (1964) and its subsequent revisions, as well as those of the Indian Council of Medical Research (2017). Informed consent was obtained from all participants after they were informed about the study’s objectives and assured of the confidentiality of data prior to proceeding with the self-administered questionnaire. Participation was entirely voluntary, and no personally identifiable information was collected at any stage of the survey process.
