Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical research guidelines and policies of Iqra National University, Peshawar, Pakistan. Ethical review and approval for the study procedures were obtained from the Ethical Institutional Review Board (EIRB) of Iqra National University prior to data collection. The study involved low-risk, non-interventional, anonymous survey-based research with adult participants working in the banking sector of Germany. All procedures complied with internationally recognized ethical standards for research involving human participants, including the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki (2013 revision). The participants were all adults (more than 18 years old) and informed consent to participate was willingly given. They were made aware of the aims of the study, and were guaranteed confidentiality and anonymity.
