Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study involves human participants in the form of voluntary organizational engagement. Participation consisted of facilitated workshops, co-creation sessions, and collaborative exercises; no physical, psychological, or social risk was posed to any participant. The study focused on collective process experience rather than individual characteristics or personal data. No personally identifiable information was collected, processed, or reported at any stage. Full anonymization of both participants and organizations was maintained throughout, in accordance with the conditions under which access was granted. The research protocol was approved by the Ozyegin University Institutional Ethics Committee (Approval No. 2026/01/04) and conducted in accordance with the Ozyegin University Human Research Ethics Guidelines and internationally recognized ethical principles, including the Declaration of Helsinki. Where session recordings were made, these were used solely for facilitation reference during the analytical phase; recordings contained no personally identifiable information and were permanently deleted prior to reporting. All participants were informed about the purpose and process of the study prior to participation and provided written informed consent. Participation was voluntary and could be withdrawn at any time without consequence.
