Ethics approval and consent to participate: Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Debre Markos University, College of Health Sciences (Approval No: RCSTTD/575/01/17 Permission was obtained from the Debre Markos Town Administration and the respective kebele administrations before data collection. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their participation in the study. Participation was voluntary, and participants were informed of their right to withdraw from the study at any time without any consequences. Confidentiality and anonymity of participants were maintained throughout the study in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki [35].
