Ethics approval and consent to participate: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the College Research Ethics Review Committee (CRERC) (Approval No. CBE-RTT-68/2024), covering the period from November 2024 to June 2025. The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the CRERC. All participants were informed about the purpose, procedures, and potential implications of the study entitled “Green Supply Chain Management and Firm Performance: Integrating the Natural Resource-Based View and Stakeholder Theory with the Moderating Role of Supply Chain Ecocentricity: Evidence from Ethiopian Manufacturing Firms.” Participation was voluntary, and informed oral consent was obtained from all adult participants during the data collection period covering the study period from November 2024 to June 2025. Participants were informed of their right to decline participation or withdraw from the study at any time without consequences. Anonymity, confidentiality, and data security were strictly maintained throughout the research process.
