: The study was conducted under the guidance of Qingpu Center for Disease Control and prevention, and community residents signed the informed consent. This research follow Helsinki Declaration (revised by the World Medical Association in October 2013); International Code of Ethics for Biomedical Research Involving Human Subjects (revised by the International Committee on Medical Science Organizations (CIOMS) in 2016. All the investigations and sampling of the study were approved by community residents.
