: This research involved human participants (students studying UG and PG only) who provided their responses through an online questionnaire and was conducted in compliance with the ethical guidelines established by the PESITM Intellectual Property and Research Ethics Committee. The committee approved the study, recognizing that the data was collected solely for academic purposes, and both the author and the ethics committee members have validated the data collection process, confirming its authenticity. We affirm that all data used in this study was obtained legally and adhered to the ethical guidelines set by both the journal and PESITM. The research followed these ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of data collection and analysis, and after a thorough review, it was deemed suitable for submission as a research paper. The study was carried out in strict accordance with the ethics statement outlined by the designated ethics committee, ensuring compliance with all necessary ethical considerations.

: Since this study involved gathering responses exclusively from participants between 18–24 years (students studying UG and PG) only who have provided their authentic consent. They were provided with comprehensive details regarding the study’s purpose, methodology, potential risks, and benefits. Additionally, participants were assured of their right to withdraw from the study at any stage without any repercussions. Strict measures were implemented to ensure the confidentiality and anonymity of all collected data throughout the research process.
