: The research is based entirely on synthetic datasets, simulation models, and computational experiments developed using MATLAB Simulink/SimScape for cyber-physical system analysis. Therefore, ethical approval from an institutional review board or ethics committee was not required for this work. The dataset used in the research is fully synthetic and generated through simulation of a Digital Twin-based wind energy system. No personal, sensitive, or identifiable data has been collected, processed, or analysed at any stage of the research. Hence, consent to participate is not applicable for this study.
