: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of Henan University of Urban Construction. The ethical approval number is HUUC-EC-2025074, and the approval date was October 20, 2025. This study was conducted in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the Ethics Committee of Henan University of Urban Construction regarding research participants of the human participants. All experimental procedures involving human participants were conducted under the supervision of qualified medical personnel to ensure participant safety. All participants were fully informed about the purpose, procedures, potential risks, and benefits of the study prior to participation.
