Ethics approval and consent to participate: The need for ethical approval was waived by the Danish national legislation and Aarhus University regulations. Under Danish national legislation and Aarhus University regulations, formal institutional review board (IRB) approval is not required for non-interventional, qualitative research involving solely expert interviews conducted in their professional capacity. Consequently, this study was exempt from formal ethical review. All research protocols and data collection were performed in strict accordance with the Aarhus University Policy for Research Integrity, the Danish Code of Conduct for Research Integrity, and the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
Consent for publication: Prior voluntary informed consent was obtained from all expert participants, and all interview data were completely anonymized to protect participant confidentiality.
