The flax (Linum usitatissimum) and kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus) plant materials used in this study were collected from a private farm located at Thalampatti (Latitude: 10.331786, Longitude: 78.758218), Pudukkottai District, Tamil Nadu, India. The farm is privately owned by the corresponding author, Dr. Balaji karuppiah. As the owner and researcher, he granted full permission for the collection and use of plant materials for research purposes. All the authors consent to participate in this work.
