: Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Cairo University in Giza, Egypt; has approved and issued its approval for the current research plan through the meeting of Ethics committee dated in 28–4-2023. It was going along with the recommendations and regulations of the animal welfare and ethics committee. The chicken meat fillets were obtained from the local markets of Egypt in chilled condition without using living birds or animal.
