: No patient data were involved in this study. Accordingly, a Regional Ethics Committee approval was not applicable. A Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA), conducted with the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research in August 2021, confirmed that data collection, linkage, and storage complied with the General Data Protection Regulation (ref.no. 665935). More specifically, the DPIA states that the need for informed consent was waived due to the large number of registered individuals. Instead, appropriate safeguards have been implemented to ensure secure data storage and management in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
