: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the Finnish National Board on Research Integrity ( ). All participants provided informed consent, and all data were anonymised prior to analysis.

: The AI tool Microsoft Copilot was used during autumn 2025 to aid in literature searches, language editing, and the translation of selected quotations from the interviews and the multimodal diary from Finnish into English. We ensured the accuracy of Copilot’s suggestions by critically reviewing the proposed links, language corrections and translations, and by independently verifying all text and content.
