: This assessment is an integral component of the national preparedness plan and the country's response to COVID-19. It is a mandatory requirement for the discharge of COVID-19 cases to home isolation. Therefore, it was deemed exempt from ethical approval by the Ministry of Public Health, as it falls within the purview of the public health surveillance and emergency response system, as stipulated in the Communicable Disease Law of 1957 (18). All participants provided informed consent after receiving a comprehensive explanation of the study's procedures. Furthermore, participants were required to sign a written informed commitment in which they pledged to strictly adhere to the requirements of home isolation. All information was collected and handled with strict confidentiality, and participation in the study was entirely voluntary. Given that individual participants cannot be identified based on the information presented in this study, it posed no foreseeable harm or stigma to the participants. The study's design ensured the adequate protection of all participants and did not involve clinical patient data, nor did it constitute a clinical trial.
