: The study was performed in accordance with the ethical standards as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The research protocol was reviewed by the Cantonal Commission for Ethics in Human Research of the Canton of Vaud (project number 2022–00063), which gave a waiver as it did not need to be evaluated according to Swiss laws. The Ethics Committee of the canton of Vaud approved the study protocol.
: Informed consent was obtained from all participants. According to the law on human research and the corresponding ordonnances, the risks and constraints of this study being minimal, the informed and written consent of the legal representative (parent) was only required for young people under 14 years of age, which was not the case in this study involving 14–20-year-olds.
