: The research received approval from the Institutional Research Review Ethics Committee (IRREC) at the University of Dodoma. A permit letter, reference number MA84/261/70/32, was issued to authorise the research. Written consent was obtained from each participant before the interviews were conducted. Prior to their participation, the purpose and procedures of the study were clearly explained. Participants were assured of their right to withdraw from the study at any time without any negative consequences. Confidentiality and anonymity of the data were guaranteed throughout the research process.
