: This study used secondary data from the ZDHS. IRB-approved for DHS public-use datasets hence no ethical approval was required (Appendice-1). However, considering that the Zambia Demographic and Health Survey [ZDHS] datasets were managed by micro-international under the measure DHS program, permission to access data from DHS on-line archive was sought. The study analysis ensured that identifiers of any kind were excluded. Therefore, consent to participate is not applicable.
