: All participants were volunteers, and informed consent was obtained from each participant in the study. The Declaration of Helsinki was adequately addressed, and the study was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee (University of South Australia) with protocol number 202065 (13/05/2009) and by the Scientific and Ethical Committee in Biomedical Research, Hanoi University of Public Health under the decision No 330/2019-YTCC-HD3.
