: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Ethics Review Committee of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. Participation in the study was a voluntary decision by the participants. Participants were informed about the study through an information leaflet and verbal communications in their native language, and informed verbal consent was obtained prior to the data collection. The interviews were audio-recorded with the consent of participants, and the audio-recordings of interviews and anonymised transcripts were stored safely in the custody of the PI, ensuring the confidentiality of the data.
