: This study was conducted following the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the ethical review board of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (HuSSREC/AP/102/VOL.1). Permission was also granted by the heads of the health facilities before the collection of data. To ensure the confidentiality of patients’ personal information, personal identifiers such as their names, phone numbers, and ID numbers were excluded. The data extraction sheet containing sensitive information was passcode protected and only known and accessible to the investigators. This study used secondary data; therefore, individual consent was not required.
