: The Qazvin Employees’ Health Cohort Study received ethics approval from IR.QUMS.REC.1397.368. We received an ethics permit to perform this study using secondary data (IR.QUMS.REC.1404.038). The study adhered to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki, and the protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. Furthermore, participation in the study was completely voluntary, and participants were assured that the data would remain confidential.
