Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the Declaration of Helsinki (2013) and the national research ethics guidelines of Ethiopia. Ethical approval obtained from Tigray health research institution (THRI/4031/0006/95). Official letter from Tigray Regional Health Bureau granted and the responsible body was communicated. Written and verbal informed consent was obtained from all study participants prior to data collection. For participants under the age of 16 years, informed consent was obtained from their parents or legal guardians. Participation was voluntary, and confidentiality of the information was strictly maintained.
