: The study protocol was approved by the Biomedical Research Ethics Committee at the University of the Western Cape. The study adhered to the ethics guidelines provided by the South African Department of Health and was conducted in accordance with the principles and guidance from the Declaration of Helsinki (2013). Voluntary written informed consent was obtained for each participant before starting the data collection and each person signed a confidentiality agreement. All participants provided informed consent for their anonymised information to appear in the published article.
