: This study involved the analysis of anonymized student submissions obtained from regular coursework conducted on the Moodle learning management system. No personal data or identifiable information was processed. Participation in the automated assessment module was voluntary and did not affect students’ academic standing. According to Ministerial Agreement No. 0005-2022 of the Ministry of Public Health of Ecuador, this type of research does not require approval from a Human Research Ethics Committee, as it does not involve intervention on human beings, the use of biological samples, participation of vulnerable populations, or processing of confidential information.
