Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study involved voluntary semi-structured interviews with adult professionals concerning organisational practices in artificial intelligence adoption. No medical, sensitive personal or special-category data were collected and no vulnerable groups participated. In accordance with applicable national regulations, formal ethics committee approval was not required for this type of study. The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles: all participants were informed of the study's purpose and data handling prior to the interviews, provided informed consent to participate and to the audio recording of the interviews, and their responses were anonymised. Personal data were processed in accordance with the GDPR. This study involved voluntary semi-structured interviews with adult professionals concerning organisational practices in artificial intelligence adoption. Participation in the study was voluntary and all participants were informed about the purpose of the research prior to the interviews. Interviewees provided informed consent to participate in the study and to allow anonymized use of their responses for research purposes.
